Our Story

The Value Formula was created by a father-son team who arrived at the same conclusion from different paths. 

Ken spent decades inside large, complex organizations where results depended on clarity, discipline, and follow-through. Brian built his career in strategy, brand, and growth, where he repeatedly saw strong narratives fail without operational truth behind them. 

Both observed the same pattern. Teams worked hard. Leaders stayed busy. Outcomes lagged. 

The problem was not effort. it was the absence of a shared, practical way to define and deliver value.
