A Framework Built for the Real World
The Five Components of Value
Organizations lose traction for predictable reasons. Too often, direction blurs, priorities compete, resources get misused, differentiation erodes and execution breaks down.
The Value Formula addresses these failure points directly through five interconnected components. Together, they form a practical system leaders use to access reality, make disciplined choices, and turn intent into a sustained performance.
Vision
Defining a clear, shared picture of the organization’s future to guide decisions and direction.
Alignment
Confronting day-to-day activity and strengthening communication to commit the organization to shared priorities.
Leverage
Expanding capacity by identifying and activating underused or external resources that support the vision.
Uniqueness
Translating how value comes to life through culture and brand and articulated as policies and experiences.
Execution
Converting priorities into results by defining specific goals, tracking progress visibly, and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
Keeping It Together
Integrating and reinforcing concepts to sustain momentum, continually improve, and operate a cohesive system rather that set of parts.Â

Our Story
The Value Formula was created by a father-son team who arrived at the same conclusion from different paths.Â
Ken spent decades inside large, complex organizations where results depended on clarity, discipline, and follow-through. Brian built his career in strategy, brand, and growth, where he repeatedly saw strong narratives fail without operational truth behind them.Â
Both observed the same pattern. Teams worked hard. Leaders stayed busy. Outcomes lagged.Â
The problem was not effort. it was the absence of a shared, practical way to define and deliver value.Â
The Value Formula was built to make that work unavoidable. It simplifies what should be foundational and gives organizations a common framework to operate with clarity, consistency, and purpose.Â
