A former global corporate executive, Michelle brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across market strategy, new product development, and commercialization. She has led high-performing teams across North and South America, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe, giving her a deep, practical understanding of leadership, transition, and change across cultures and organizations.
Founder and Coach at Innera Vision Coaching, Michelle helps leaders recognize the patterns that quietly shape decisions and reconnect with their underlying strengths. Her work integrates proven frameworks from Accomplishment Coaching with thoughtful, real-world application. Clients value her ability to see potential they struggle to name themselves and to help them move forward with greater calm, confidence, and clarity.
Michelle holds a bachelorā€™s degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She also serves on nonprofit boards focused on literacy, education, and youth empowerment.
