Colin Davis is a leader with a diverse background in ministry and business coaching. He has turned around failing organizations, helped many to grow, and united fractioned teams around shared goals.

A former missionary and monk with training in psychology, organizational leadership and executive coaching, Colin has also led national men’s and family ministries and holds a degrees in philosophy and theology, and his professional training has centered on psychology and leadership. 

Now, as the Founder of First Principles Coaching, Colin helps individuals and organizations achieve tangible results by leveraging his broad experience and passion for growth.

He lives in Virginia with his wife and two young sons.
