President of EZ2BGR8 and the recipient of the 2023 HDI Lifetime Achievement Award, Phyllis has over 20 years of experience in business and IT strategy, enterprise service management, governance, customer service, and support. She is an expert in service management design, HR automation, and building high-performing teams capable of executing complex transformations. 

Today, Phyllis brings her experience to executive coaching, speaking, and training, with keynote and conference engagements around the world since 1997. Outside of her professional work, she also enjoys teaching American Mah Jong and connecting with the growing community around the game.
