Denise Heinle is a manufacturing and operations consultant driven by a passion for transformative change across business sectors. Her approach centers on co-creating value with clientsā€”optimizing what already works, addressing operational challenges quickly, and turning insight into actionable, sustainable improvement. Across every engagement, she connects people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable results, from strategic planning and process design through production transition and ongoing operations.
Denise specializes in supporting manufacturers to elevate product quality, service reliability, and operational efficiency; strengthen production models using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, and DevOps; empower shop floor and management teams with practical, execution-ready skills; and align execution with business priorities to create clarity and shared direction.
Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Denise began her career in manufacturing before moving into enterprise IT and outsourcing, later consulting and teaching globally. After retiring in 2021, she continues to consult part-time.
Outside of her work, Denise is a proud parent of five, a health and wellness advocate, and an avid fan of live performances and outdoor mini-adventures, including cycling, hiking, kayaking, and paddle-boarding.
