Context

BLA Studios had built a strong reputation solving the most complex fabrication and design challenges in the market. But the work was reactive and ownership was constantly jumping between projects and fighting fires, with little room to build sustainable business practices or pursue work that truly fit their passions.

What Changed

Through Vision and Alignment work, leadership clarified what BLA was built to do and who it was built for. Project tracking, structured processes, and formalized business development replaced the reactive rhythm. Leverage surfaced AI tools to automate systems and free up capacity, some of which is now being invested in a proprietary furniture product line currently in development.

Impact

BLA is running more profitably and sustainably than at any point in its history and leadership confidently pursues work that fits BLA's vision with the business structure and clarity required to scale intentionally.
